Pinnacle - two months old
Pinnacle - somewhere after 6 months
This was the only tank that I scaped in 2016. It was getting too much to handle multiple tanks. So I converted one of the tanks into a holding tank and concentrated only on one tank. The attempt was to create a better hardscape than previous years. The attempt was a partial success, that too a small part. I mainly used anubias nana petite, ferns, and some odds and ends plants. But one among them, hygrophila pinnatifida just took over the tank. So I named the tank pinnacle in the end. It has been submitted to TGIAC and IAPLC, and I am waiting for the results. I cannot show the final pictures since the rules forbid it.
Pinnacle - final shot
Alrighty then, the results are in and I am free to post this photo!
The tank ranked second in India in TGIAC!
Unfortunately, in the world stage it crashed in a fashion similar to what happened to us in Olympics.
In IAPLC it was ranked 296th, which although is not great by itself, was my best ranking in IAPLC.
I have started working on a new tank with great gusto.
